August Teas at St. Andrews: St Andrew’s Church
are running their August Teas on the 5 Sundays in
August from 3-5 pm using the outside area when
weather permits or in the Hall itself. The hall is on
the corner of the junction of the Kent Hatch Road.
The teas raise money for the Church and this year
will also be raising funds for 2 charities. A homeless
charity in Reigate and the Caterham food bank.
You can combine having a tea with a walk in the
stunning High Chart woods.

2 August: Godstone Farm Charity day – a
partnership with Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, a
leading children’s charity supporting babies, children
and young people with life-limiting conditions,
and their families, across Surrey and London. There
will be lots of special activities, but specifically a 1k

13 - 16 August: Kenley Holiday Workshop are
performing GREASE which is the story of a “will
they?, won’t they?” teenage romance, set against an
emotional mix of adolescent troubles. With its mix
of adolescent angst, vibrant physicality and 50’s pop
culture – it gives a snapshot of what it was like to be
that new invention – a teenager – when your hair,
your friends and rock’n’roll were the most important
things in life… The performances are at 7.30pm and
