12 July: Fennies Summer Open Day, 9:30 to
11:00am. Theme: When I Grow Up – inspiring
children to explore their passions with role play,
dressing up and hands-on fun. A great chance for
families to explore the nursery, meet the team and
connect with others. All very welcome.
14 July: Tandridge Handicraft Society is hosting
a talk entitled “My Life as a Quilter”. The talk will
be presented by Sylvia Critcher. Doors open 1:30,
talk starts at 2pm. Visitors are welcome, £5 entry
including tea and biscuits. The Society meet every
Monday at the Woodhouse Centre, Hoskins Road car

18 July: The perfect mix of superb musicianship
and tongue-in-cheek humour! The Unravelling
Wilburys perform the songs of 1980’s supergroup
‘The Travelling Wilburys’ and also dip into the back
catalogue of each of its legendary members; George
Harrison, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison and
Jeff Lynne (ELO), all the while presenting their own
unique slant on what it means to be a tribute band.
The show is at 7.45pm and tickets costing £19.00 are
