village Christmas fairs, some
lovely festive activities, as well
as Remembrance Services and
concert.

Sunday, 10th
November
Before all the
Christmas events
get underway,
let’s take a
moment to
remember those
who have served,
fought and died
for our country
on Remembrance
Sunday, 10th
November 2024.
There will be a remembrance parade and service at
St Peter’s Church in Limpsfield Village from 10am,
followed by a wreath laying service at Royal British
Legion, Limpsfield with refreshments afterwards.
St Andrew’s on Limpsfield Chart will hold a
remembrance service at 10am and in the evening,
7-9pm, a very special concert, “Remembering” –
words and music from two world wars, incorporating
letters poems and readings, music and songs, £10pp.

Photography Exhibition - Walk on the Wild Side
Kate Tulett is hosting a one-off exhibition of iconic
1970s and 80s rock era photos in her Limpsfield
village gallery, running from 1st November to 1st
December 2024. 10am to 3pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
Festive Activities, Events and Christmas Shopping
Opportunities!
On 14th November Kate Tulett is hosting a
Christmas Bauble Painting workshop at the Art
for All Studio, Limpsfield High Street and then on
2/4/6/9/11th December, a series of Wreath Making
Workshops. Book via www.katetulettart.com.
You can start to get your shopping done at the
Maker’s Market at St Peter’s Church Hall on
Saturday 16th November, 10am-3pm, full of talented
local creative and crafty people selling their wares!
This is followed on Tuesday 19th November by the
annual Bey Tree and Friends Christmas Shopping
event at The Bull Inn, 10am-3pm. This year, the
popular event is fundraising for the local branch of
Cancer Research UK and includes loads of fabulous
fashion, jewellery, accessories and gifts, as well as a
raffle and refreshments.
On Saturday 30th November, it’s the turn of
Limpsfield Infants School PTA and The Hazelwood
Parents’ Association, who both host their Christmas
Fairs. Limpsfield Infants is usually morning (please
check their posters) and Hazelwood School - 12-
3pm.
And finally, on Sunday 1st December, The Limpsfield
Cookery School will host its annual Christmas Market
in the courtyards opposite Memorial Stores. This
market will be choc-full of fabulous food and drink
gifts, flowers, jewellery and homewares. Memorial
Stores will be open too.
