Stars for March 2020
with Howard Parker, the Astro-guide – www.astroguidance.co.uk
Pisces: 18 February – 19 March
You probably won’t have any problem letting go of what you no longer need. But that doesn’t mean you can see the road ahead. So take a short break and make sure you recuperate fully up to the 9th when the full moon will be telling you to start moving again in time for Spring, which arrives on 20th. After that, remember to use what you have learnt to guide you in the year ahead.
Aries: 20 March – 19 April
Don’t get this wrong: if you can be patient until 20th, you will be in pole position to make the most of the exciting new start that this Spring provides. It’s always about trying to find the balance between accepting how things are and the urge to push forward, so spend some time in preparation and reflection, otherwise you could blow it. Keep your temper at the full moon on 9th – it’s a real potential flash point for you.
Taurus: 20 April – 20 May
It is an experimental period for you and things will continue to happen out of the blue. It peaks on 9th March so enjoy it up to that point. The full moon then is either a time when things fall into place with ease, or it’s showing you that you haven’t got things quite as sorted as you thought. Things get moving again after 20th so be ready to put your foot down on the accelerator – gently!
Gemini: 21 May – 20 June
After feeling as though you have been trudging directionless through deep sticky mud, the Spring finally arrives on 20th and you can gain some momentum now as the energy picks up. But there are lessons lurking in the background that you should be familiar with by now – walking the talk and allowing your emotions as much space as your brain!
Cancer: 21 June – 22 July
If you don’t get it right, the Spring could be more of a car crash than a new start. Visualise the car that tries to jump across the railway line just as the lights flash and doesn’t quite make it. A bit dramatic maybe but don’t dump the blame on others: it’s about taking time to consider what the priorities are for you and nobody else for this new year.
Leo: 23 July – 21 August
The Spring may bring that feeling of being able to take a big leap forwards but be careful of the potholes beneath your feet as you start to run. Capricorn is still making most of us more careful than usual to build strong foundations for what we want to achieve and I’m afraid this is true for you too. It’s ironic but true that being special is about seeing your own ordinariness!
Virgo: 22 August – 22 September
Take a complete rest to recharge batteries until 9th March, sit and consider the full moon then and then start to slowly build towards the beginning of spring. Keep things simple, achievable and sustainable and you will start to feel that everything is falling into place. Then after 20th, get moving and fall into the slipstream of the spring energy!
Libra: 24 September – 22 October
You don’t have to always be weighing up all sides of the argument and agonizing about it! Sometimes it’s best just to toe the line, accept how things are and see what happens. Any decisions will be best made after rather than before 20th as the spring energy will kick in then and you can see the way ahead more clearly.
Scorpio: 23 October – 21 November
At the beginning of March you get a last chance to let go of old and possibly destructive emotions this year. After that, you can breathe new life into your plans when Spring begins on 20th of the month. Is this about getting your home the way you want it this year? If so, be experimental and let your home be a true expression of who you really are.
Sagittarius: 22 November – 21 December
Taking a late winter break somewhere warm where you can thaw out your frozen bones might be a good idea. It will give you a chance to relax, reflect on last year and wait for the spring to kick in. Be back by 20th as you won’t want to miss out on the new energy. Don’t be surprised though if things don’t start moving as quickly as you expect. There is still ground-work to be done.
Capricorn: 22 December – 19 January
If you have spent the past few months planning, thinking and creating secure foundations, perhaps to your actual home, you should pause at the start of March to weigh things up before gearing up for the new spring energy after 20th. There is a delicious energy around 27th March that should leave you feeling everything is working very nicely indeed.
Aquarius: 20 January – 17 February
Frustrations abound at the start of March and your brain may feel like it’s full of fluff and not working as well as usual! But then, on 9th there is the full moon and Mercury goes direct again (phew!) and it will feel like a fresh breeze is blowing through your mind again. Harness that to the Spring energy on 20th and things will feel a whole lot better as the new year gets going again.
