Get Active with The Children’s Trust
This February, we want you to Get Active and raise vital funds for children with brain injury!
The Get Active Challenge is a unique fundraiser, giving both your physical and mental health a boost. You can be sponsored to do any kind of exercise you like – physical or mindful – every day for the month of February and the best part is, any activity counts.
Whether it’s walking (with or without a dog!), running, cycling or even a spot of gardening, the fundraiser is designed so anyone can take part. It’s as simple as keeping your mind and body active! All we ask is that you stick to the current government guidelines whilst working up a sweat.
What’s great about this challenge is that any kind of mindfulness or mental wellbeing activities, including yoga, reading and knitting, also allows you to earn points. The more activity you do and the more activity you log, the more points you’ll earn.
So, what are you waiting for? Join the leader board, watch your progress, earn some points and support The Children’s Trust this February!

“The children had a nice Christmas. Sadly without the usual visits and entertainment on-site. We bought Christmas to Tadworth with a Santa visit, bumper Christmas Eve box, cinema and special Christmas lunch. Many thanks for all of you support.” – Tracy
