Have your say on the draft Design Guide for future housing development across the High Weald
The High Weald AONB Partnership, which includes Tandridge District Council and 14 other planning authorities across Surrey, Kent and Sussex, is carrying out an eight week public consultation on the draft Design Guide for new housing development in the High Weald.
The Guide aims to give clear, succinct, practical and consistent advice on design expectations for new housing development in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and, if adopted, will be used when councils make decisions on planning applications for new housing development in the High Weald.
The South East area of the district is included in the High Weald AONB and contributes to the rich and high valued landscape of the district as a whole. Detailed maps and information about the High Weald can be found on www.highweald.org.
This consultation is being led by the High Weald team and they would welcome your comments and feedback on the Design Guide by 14 August 2019.
